Informations & Conditions
Rental conditions
In high season, the minimum rental period is 1 week, from Friday 4 pm to the following Friday 10 am. Rental rate from 170 CHF per night (please check the reservation system)
In summer and off season: From 140 CHF per night with the possibility to rent for different periods (4 days min) according to demand/availability
The rental price includes heating, water and electricity
However, the following additional costs are to be considered:
Supply and cleaning of bed linen and bath towels CHF 33.00 per person; Final cleaning CHF 160.00, and tourist tax.
Payment conditions
A deposit of CHF 200.00 per week must be paid upon signing the contract and the balance at least one month before the start of the stay.
